About Me:
As a neuroradiologist I regularly interpret medical images that reveal patterns of disease often rooted in chronic inflammation. This led me to pursue dual board certification in Lifestyle Medicine, focusing on how nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and stress management can mitigate inflammation and promote health.
This journey inspired the creation of The Lifestyle Toolkit, a company dedicated to educating physicians on adopting healthier lifestyle habits, based on the principle that healthier doctors lead to healthier patients. Our inaugural initiative, the docuseries "How to Eat," explores the profound impact of food choices on overall health and well-being. By collaborating with farmers and food producers, we aim to bridge the gap between the source of our food and its role in disease prevention, highlighting the vital connection between food quality and health.
